- Fully support administrative, customer service and sales lead development for future and repeat business

- Prepare monthly production reports/update in individual accounts or respective recipients
- Raise and preparations of e-vouchers (complimentary stays, sponsorships, voucher sale etc)
- Prepare sales kits and ensure proper show rooms ready for site inspections
- Assist Assistant Director of Sales/ Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager on preparation of reports/collateral/data input for overseas tradeshow/and or sales calls
- Attends scheduled meeting to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, weekly sales departmental meeting, group pick up meeting and take minutes on rotational basis/ when required
- Assists with special projects assigned by the management
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on department’s classified information. Understand the Code of Conduct Policy, Global Anti-Trust and Information Security and Privacy Training
- Participation in departmental communication meetings and nominate training session and take responsibility for personal development
- Ensure telephone coverage in the office at all times and assist any incoming calls from internal and external guests with their requests promptly
- Keep work area clean and organized\
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the other departments (eg, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B etc)
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management
