The company has over 5 decades of track record and is well-known for their supply chain solutions, engineering expertise, and innovative Electronics Components to their customers.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of People Team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing Talent Development programs that support the professional growth of talents within the company. As a business partner, you will come up with comprehensive talent management frameworks that are designed to nurture and retain top talents. You will also be actively involved in creating policies, career path frameworks, and talent pipeline programs to ensure organization has a high-performing workforce.Another aspect of your role is to oversee talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning, while managing high-potential programs and mentorship schemes including scholarships and overseas management programs.RequirementsThe ideal candidate is someone with 6 - 10 years of Talent Development and/or L&D, with proven success in delivering and designing learning programs.
