- Represent Client in liaising with project stakeholders
- Plan and establish the timelines for the various types of projects
- Conduct preliminary site surveys
- Manage communication and engagement of end-users (ie. RC members)
- Procure required relevant consultancy services and building/maintenance/fitting-out works
- Manage the projects to ensure successful delivery (planning, construction and post-construction)
- Ensure proper project documentation, including relevant internal approvals as required
- Process payments to appointed consultants and contractors and other project administrative tasks
- Attend to audit queries
- Review work processes and policies
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Time-off in lieu for work done after normal working hours
- Degree in building-related or relevant disciplines; other qualifications may be considered
- Minimum 2-year experience in project management of similar projects
- Additional background in quantity surveying/contract management and mechanical & electrical engineering is preferred, but not a pre-requisite
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skill.
