- Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking and continuous improvement for NPI metrics, business processes and BKMs for the FE SIC network.
- Govern FE NPI operation ground rules and Fab disciplines and ensure Fabs are meeting audit requirement.

- Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/ probe area efficiency and productivity.
- Develop manufacturing science concepts to NPI line management and NPI inventory scheduling.
- Participate in the WW SIC forums, facilitate NPI network meetings and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network.
- Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Identify and address NPI production line knowledge gaps through production leadership training.
- Ensure all group’s training roadmap is maintained. Focus on developing leading-edge skills for pilot line management and preventing isolated skill sets that risk business continuity.
- Create an environment of motivation to foster global team member’s engagement to the fullest of their potential.
- Promote and model the use of automation, analytical and systematic thinking processes.
- Maintain open and regular two way communication with Supply Chain teams to understand upcoming Die Mix and Pull-in changes
- Liaise and partner with Supply Chain teams to develop plans that support NPI Qual and Sample schedule to meet customer demand.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management
- Demonstrated components of effective leadership in interactions.
- Has depth of understanding and ability to manage of worldwide business process. Able to adopt a business process approach in worldwide networks.
- Has depth of understanding on project management to manage worldwide projects.
- Has high business savvy to work with business partners and maintain good communication to create win-win relationship.
- Ability to escalate critical issues and communicate with upper management.
