What you will be working on:The Manager (Analysis) conducts studies and probes into organisations and individuals with a view to initiate enforcement actions against those who could be circumventing the work pass framework. Arising from the analysis, you will coordinate or support the enforcement operations. You will also conduct strategic or thematic studies relevant to the management of foreign manpower.What we are looking for:
  • Preferably 2 years' experience in performing enforcement or regulatory functions • An inquisitive and analytical mind • Good writing and communications skills • Familiarity with data extraction and management tools (e.g. Hyperion, Powerpivot) is preferred • Good interpersonal skills and a team player • Expertise in using analytical and/or visualisation tools (such as R, Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantage
