Job Description:Key Responsibilities:· Assist in the preparation and management of technical documentation, reports, and records related to vessel operations.· Support the Technical Manager/Superintendent in monitoring vessel maintenance, dry-docking, and repair schedules.· Coordinate procurement of spare parts, equipment, and consumables for vessels in compliance with company policies.· Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates of maintenance logs, safety reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.· Assist in tracking and updating vessel certificates, inspections, and class approvals.· Liaise with suppliers, shipyards, and service providers to facilitate technical support and procurement.· Maintain a database of spare parts and inventory for efficient stock management.· Provide administrative support for technical teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.· Assist in incident reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions as per company safety policies.· Stay updated on maritime regulations, industry standards, and best practices.RequirementsRequirements:· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime, shipping, or offshore industry.· Technical Skills & Knowledge:· Familiarity with vessel operations, maintenance schedules, and classification society requirements.· Knowledge of ship technical systems, spare parts, and procurement processes.· Proficiency in using fleet management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.· Effective communication and teamwork skills.Clarence KhohR1552376
