Description
- Responsible in preparation of consolidation reports accordance to SFRS and IFRS requirements
- Handling the management and statutory reports required by external stakeholders/regulations
- Perform monthly reviews of the group's financial performance and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and advisors on group financial reporting activities.
- Maintain awareness of relevant accounting standards and listing requirements.
- Prepare and liaise with the corporate secretary for electronic financial reporting submissions.
- Maintain the group's consolidation software.
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
A Successful 'Accounting Team Leader' Should Have
- A degree in Accounting or a related field
- Individual with external audit background and commercial consolidation experience will be beneficial
- Proficiency in Accounting systems and Consolidation system will be beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of integrity and dependability
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards
