Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a fluent bilingual (English and Chinese) Customer Service Specialist to provide comprehensive online support to new clients throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly answering client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.
Experience in fintech and crypto will be preferred.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to communicate effectively in both languages
- Any professional university degree is acceptable
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to patiently address client questions
- In-depth understanding of products and services, able to provide professional advice to clients
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues
- As most of our clients are based in Europe, you will be required to answer client inquiries after office hours through platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc., to ensure timely support
