Skills / Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales admin/operations role or relevant
- Meticulous, analytical and have a good number sense
- Pro-active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work with multiple/competing priorities and meet timelines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Team player with good communication skill
- Basic accounting knowledge and/or process-related experience would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end Purchase Order fulfilment on behalf of the team : - to raise Purchase Requisition, follow-up on contracts and verification, perform receiving, check invoices and supporting documents
- Collaborate and work with various stakeholders on Purchase Orders, monthly/quarterly closing and account for the billings
- Handle and execute new processes/projects as per required or assigned, including performing ad-hoc tasks
- Be the focal point to support the team on the day-to-day operational matters/issues related to the work responsibilities
- Ensure adherence and compliance to the company's policies and procedures
- Detailed and accuracy in tracking, reporting and data entry
- Maintain up-to-date records, filing and other administrative duties
