It includes communicating with salesmen on payment terms, preparing reminder letters, reconciling accounts receivable ledgers, and resolving discrepancies. The role also requires preparing monthly AR provision journals, balance schedules, and aging reports, as well as assisting in GST form preparation. Additionally, the role supports treasury forecasting, assists with internal and external audits, ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborates on process improvements with internal control teams. It may also involve supporting special and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, meticulous in their work, and communicative in their approach.Skills and experience requiredA recognized Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in finance and accounts receivable (AR).
