- At least 6-8 years of transformation / organisation development / planning / change management / design-thinking work experience • Experience leading teams • Having facilitation skills / experience will be advantageous • Effective team leader with the ability to build consensus with multiple stakeholders who may hold differing views • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to “think-on-the-feet” • Innovative individual who will not only think out of the box to find solutions for existing and anticipated problems, but also support and encourage others in doing the same • Believes in continual learning in diverse skillsets for both yourself and your team • Believes in the need to drive innovation within the organisation and have the perseverance to push through implementation plans to fruition • Strong creativity, analytical, written, communication and inter-personal skills
