What You’ll Do

This role requires a motivated individual, strong in communications, planning and execution skills. You will be part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team responsible to:

  • Plan and execute the Learning Needs Analysis exercise from end-to end.
  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers for the procurement and contextualization of suitable courses.
  • Perform the Learning Partnering role by working closely with the stakeholders to develop or curate targeted programs to meet their business and learning needs.
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement on L&D processes and digitalization by leveraging on technology and industry best practices.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies from end-to-end on funding matters, including submission of applications to addressing auditor queries.
  • Conduct periodic review of the L&D policy, programmes to ensure relevance and alignment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design, package and implement e-learning programmes.
  • Involved in the planning and tracking of the training budget to ensure training expenditure is within the parameters.
  • Provide support in audits and facilitation in new hire induction.

What You’ll Need

  • A good degree in HR, Business Administration, or other equivalent disciplines.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An analytical mind with an eye for detail.
  • A good team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • At least 10 years of relevant L&D or HRD experience with 5 years of experience leading a team.
  • Good knowledge of Office Automation Systems such as (1) Microsoft Office 365, (2) Microsoft Power Platforms, (3) Robotic Process Automation and (4) Copilot Studio, will be added advantage.
