Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project teamCoordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programsPrepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadingsWork on progress forecast and prepare rolling programUpdate, track and report project progress against planned scheduleMonitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction programEnsure material submission and approvalEnsure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedulesRequirementsDegree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalentAt least 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in constructionProficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatoryFamiliar with earned value method
