As Assistant Director, you will lead strategic efforts to drive transformation, cultivate a culture of continuous learning, and ensure workforce sustainability and resilience in the evolving energy sector.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent&OD, we are looking for someone to
  • Drive organisational development (OD) and cultural initiatives that align with our mission, core values, and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of OD programs, policies, and strategies to meet organisational needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement OD programs that support business goals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, including the execution of annual engagement and pulse surveys.
  • Analyse engagement data to identify trends, incorporating HR best practices in culture and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to develop action plans that address areas for improvement in employee engagement.
  • Oversee and refine key employee touchpoints to foster meaningful interactions and positive workplace experiences.
  • Track and maintain key onboarding and employee experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What you will need to succeed
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on organisational development, culture, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to align diverse perspectives and drive consensus effectively.
  • Strong analytical and change management expertise to diagnose challenges and implement solutions.
  • Proven track record in crafting credible and compelling corporate narratives.
  • Experienced facilitator, confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
