Role Summary:
As a Digital Strategist (Data/Analytics) at MINISTRY, you will support the Omnichannel Performance Director in driving high-level strategic planning and thinking. Your role involves analysing journeys, channels, and digital ecosystems to identify gaps and opportunities. Beyond the numbers, you will craft compelling narratives, create data-driven strategies, and provide actionable recommendations that elevate paid, owned, and earned media performance.
You will collaborate closely with our teams to provide omnichannel insights into paid social, search, and digital media performance while creating presentations that inspire and inform. This full-time role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
What you will be doing:
Data Analysis and Insights Generation
- Analyse complex datasets across journeys, channels, and digital ecosystems to uncover gaps and opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights on omnichannel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media performance, including social, search, and programmatic.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Strategic Development and Execution
- Support the Omnichannel Performance Director in high-level strategic planning and thinking.
- Identify and articulate opportunities for optimisation and innovation across digital marketing strategies.
- Create data-driven narratives to present strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Develop holistic strategies that align with client goals, leveraging a deep understanding of digital ecosystems.
Performance Tracking and Optimisation
- Implement robust tracking systems for campaign performance across digital channels.
- Regularly analyse and report on KPIs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and technology teams to integrate strategic insights into campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in translating data into actionable strategies that meet business objectives.
Presentations and Storytelling
- Build compelling, visually engaging, and persuasive strategic presentations to effectively communicate findings, strategies, and opportunities.
What we are looking for:
Education and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or related roles, preferably within a marketing or digital agency
Technical and Industry Skills
- Advanced understanding of paid media channels (social, search, and programmatic) and their role within the digital ecosystem.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), dashboarding tools (e.g., LookerStudio, Tableau), and database languages (e.g., SQL).
- Strong expertise in evaluating performance across paid, owned, and earned media landscapes.
Strategic and Creative Skills
- Ability to identify strategic gaps and opportunities within digital ecosystems.
- Strong narrative-building skills to present data-driven strategies in an impactful manner.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering persuasive presentations that inspire confidence and action.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional communication skills to distil complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and support cross-functional projects under the guidance of the Omnichannel Performance Director.
