Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on memberships, services, and facilities.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and access control for members and guests.
  • Ensure the workspace is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.

Internal Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Identify and promote additional services, event spaces, and upgraded memberships to existing members.
  • Engage with members to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Support in organizing and marketing community events and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to track inquiries, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Provide proactive follow-ups on potential upsell opportunities and renewals.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Assist in membership onboarding and contract administration.
  • Coordinate mail and package handling for members.
  • Maintain accurate records of member requests and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
  • Experience in sales, upselling, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving approach.
