Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on memberships, services, and facilities.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and access control for members and guests.
- Ensure the workspace is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
Internal Sales & Client Engagement:
- Identify and promote additional services, event spaces, and upgraded memberships to existing members.
- Engage with members to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support in organizing and marketing community events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to track inquiries, leads, and conversion rates.
- Provide proactive follow-ups on potential upsell opportunities and renewals.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist in membership onboarding and contract administration.
- Coordinate mail and package handling for members.
- Maintain accurate records of member requests and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
- Experience in sales, upselling, or business development is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving approach.
