Role Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Strategy:

  • Design and execute a regional L&D strategy aligned with business goals and local market needs.
  • Develop scalable training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills training.
  • Foster a learning culture that supports business performance and employee engagement.

Training Program Development & Delivery:

  • Lead the creation of blended learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.).
  • Identify and implement best-in-class L&D methodologies to enhance employee capability.
  • Ensure training programs are culturally relevant and localized for different APAC markets.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and operational managers to assess training needs.

  • Measure and report on training effectiveness and ROI to senior leadership.

Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Develop and implement leadership development programs for frontline and senior leaders.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives across the region.
  • Guide leaders on coaching and mentoring best practices.

Operational & Compliance Training:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards in training content.
  • Oversee the execution of operational training (e.g., customer service, sales, product knowledge, safety, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement in training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.

Role Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on APAC markets.
  • Industry experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality is essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing regional L&D strategies.
  • Experience with blended learning approaches, digital learning platforms, and training delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, talent management, and performance coaching.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
