Working days: 5 daysFinance & Accounts Manager - Tai Seng / 5 days / Full Set AccountingJob Responsibilities:
- Handle companies accounts including management account and financial account.
- Updating of records in system: bank balance, accounts receivables, accounts payables, checking and verifying of purchase, sales and expenses
- Sending monthly statement of accounts to clients to expedite collection on receivables past due invoices.
- Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and the month end closings to preparation of financial statements of Sales P&L and Balance sheet for management review
- Preparation: Computation of GST, year-end Tax Computation, filing of Form C, IR8A, lodgment of ECI, financial report analysis for Audit
- Work with external and internal contacts in resolving accounting problems, providing financial information and assistance, and coordination accounting related activities.
- Prepare and present management account for directors on business health, expansion and investment
- Evaluated risk and present customer credit application for director approval or rejection, also advise directors on long-term business and financial planning
- Assists and advice directors on continuous reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures if required
- Providing business and finance strategic recommendations to the directors and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
- Responsible for ensuring company compliance management framework in accordance with government rules. Example PDPA, government grants, etc
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures for increase productivity and cost efficiency.
- With Full Set Accounting experience
- At least Diploma in Accountancy or Finance related fields
- With experience in financial reporting & risk evaluation is a plus
