We’re looking for a highly motivated Fashion Marketing & Operations Intern to join our minimalist bridal label. You will be reporting to the Founder & Creative Director. We love working with problem solvers with a knack for functionality and resourcefulness. As our intern, you will be responsible for assisting our team in the creation and development of marketing campaigns for new bridal collections as well as our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our Creative Director to ensure our approach to marketing is unique and differentiated, as well as streamlining our operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research, ideation, development, and execution of all B2C marketing campaigns catering to the modern bride looking for something different.
- Support the growth of our marketing channels (mainly organic social media, influencers, blog, and email marketing) towards conversions and brand/ community building.
- Support in reporting the numbers from our marketing channels and sharing insights
- Participate and assist in the planning of offline events such as styled shoots, partnership collaborations, trade shows, and more.
- Participate in bridal try-ons and help to make necessary adjustments to ensure the clothing fits and functions properly.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations not limited to packing, streamlining processes, and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Fashion Design, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Strong sense of proactiveness and urgency in getting work done and to a high standard.
- Knowledge of fashion design principles, sketching, illustrations, and sewing is a plus.
- Knowledge of bridal fashion and clothing construction techniques is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Duration:
This paid internship will be a full-time position for at least 3 months (ideally 5-6 months), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. For this position specifically, you must be currently enrolled in a school in Singapore.
