- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure necessary equipment and resources are available.
- Liaise with employees, building management, and contractors for maintenance queries.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial management processes, such as invoicing, payments, and basic accounting principles.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
- Experience as a Singapore based corporate secretary is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
