Client Service Executive

Location: Central, Singapore

Position: Full-Time/Contact

The Client Service Executive will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing outstanding service to clients, managing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage order entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders and returns.
• Maintain and update client records in the system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns when necessary.
• Assist in generating sales reports and analytics to support the sales team’s strategies.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing and logistics.
• Address client issues or concerns efficiently, escalating to management as necessary.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support preferred. No experience is welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
