Temp Assistant Exam Admin Officer - Examination Admin 1
Job Responsibilities
Temp staff is required to perform administrative tasks and will be deployed to prepare sticker labels, Chief Invigilator folders, HoP contact list, stationery bags, answer booklets and assist to run the ops of the exams. There will be other ad hoc duties assigned by the reporting Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Possess qualification of O level and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office
1st day (24 Mar) report at 8.30am, work till 5.30pm
Daily work schedule: 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays
Will be rostered to work till 10.30pm on certain weekdays during the exam period from 14 Apr to 25 Apr 2025 (Breaks will be provided)
Required to work till 6pm on 19 Apr 2025 (Saturday)
Off on 18 Apr 2025 (Good Friday)
Commitment Period: 24 Mar to 25 Apr 2025
