Recruitment Officer
Job Overview
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to successfully onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in expanding our workforce by sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent within the Financial Services industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to building a high-performance team at with our clients of XTRATEGIST PTE LTD.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, networking, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values. Organize and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with our clients's department heads / manager / director to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring we are always ready to meet growing recruitment demands.
- Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador of our clients of XTRATEGIST by promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates and building our brand as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional interactions.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to management.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company, and provide support during the early stages of their employment.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in hiring needs and priorities.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
