This role will work with account managers to develop top-tier analytics solutions in the market to both our existing clients and prospects on a timely manner. You will be spending around 30% of your time to derive analytical insights from data and 70% of your time delivering your insights to our clients.
  • Champion and enhance the use of data analytics in Health Solutions, Singapore.
  • Develop and deliver analytics solution based on medical claims and other health and wellness data to key clients. Analytics solutions include (but not limited to) claims analytics, plan design advisory/analysis, cost containment strategies, industry benchmarking and fair value assessment.
  • Advise clients on opportunities to enhance/grow/optimize employee benefits program using data and evidence-based approach.
  • Support RFP pitch.
  • Work with Aon business leaders and local associates to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverables.
  • Leverage available data and expertise to develop consulting and other business intelligence tools and capabilities.
  • Support business development initiatives as required.

  • 8 - 10 years of relevant actuarial, underwriting, analytics or consulting experience in employee benefits, health insurance, health analytics or related area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to actively engage our clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to understand and deep dive into data to generate insights and to communicate and present complex, technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Robust understanding of the health and benefits landscape to offer solutions to our clients’ challenges, or to ensure that our clients are better informed and better advised to help them make better decisions.
