Role Overview
The Regional Solutions Head will be responsible for driving solution strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the APAC region. This senior leadership role will involve designing and positioning innovative solutions that align with client needs, market trends, and company objectives.
As a key partner to the sales, product, and delivery teams, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring successful deal execution, market expansion, and solution adoption across the region.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or business development within the financial technology industry.
- Proven track record of working with global banks, insurance firms, and financial institutions in APAC.
- Strong background in digital banking, AI-driven financial solutions, and cloud technology.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives, regulators, and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in solution architecture, product positioning, and market strategy.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in APAC markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, or Digital Banking Platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional teams.
- Familiarity with financial regulations in APAC countries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Intellect’s solutions in the APAC region.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and drive deal closures.
- Lead customer engagements, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Provide strategic input on RFI/RFP responses and craft compelling business cases for clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
Solution Strategy & Development
- Lead the design and positioning of customized digital transformation solutions for financial institutions.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with market demands.
- Develop solution roadmaps, architecture frameworks, and implementation strategies tailored to APAC clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes in the region.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitor strategies, and industry shifts.
- Develop competitive battle cards to strengthen Intellect’s positioning in key opportunities.
- Provide insights to internal teams on how to enhance product offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate digital transformation challenges.
- Organize workshops, thought leadership sessions, and executive briefings to strengthen client relationships.
- Gather client feedback and relay valuable insights to product development and innovation teams.
Post-Sales Enablement & Support
- Ensure a smooth handover from solution design to implementation, aligning with delivery teams.
- Support clients during initial solution rollout, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Monitor solution adoption and provide strategic recommendations for long-term success.
Key Deliverables & Success Metrics
- Revenue growth and deal closure rate in the APAC region.
- Expansion of the customer base and strategic partnerships.
- Quality and impact of solution presentations, RFP responses, and client interactions.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Market penetration and competitive win rates in key financial hubs.
