As a key contributor to our team, you will be tasked with developing concept-driven creative assets tailored for social and digital platforms. Your role will involve translating ideas into cohesive and immersive storytelling, requiring expertise in creative conceptualisation, art direction, and a deep understanding of social and digital platforms. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proficiency in applying digital-first design principles to deliver polished, impactful creative outputs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Creative Mastery
Take charge of all digital creative assets, ensure they align with our clients’ creative and brand standards, and effectively support strategic brand priorities and key business needs.
Dive into the world of conceptualization and content creation across social and digital platforms.
Be the wizard behind accurate visual expressions of campaign launch strategy and brand representation, from concept and art direction to production of various assets. This includes still and moving web banners, motion graphics, animation, and more.
Craft short-form video content tailor-made for social platforms like Instagram that are not just relevant and engaging but also fit seamlessly with each platform.
Have a strong vision, and an in-depth grasp of integrated storytelling that sets you apart in the dynamic world of digital design.
Deliver top-quality work consistently, on time, with meticulous attention to detail.
Be able to harness the power of A.I. to spark fresh concepts and enhance output efficiency.
Collaboration Champion
Work with the creative management team to generate innovative test ideas for faster project advancement.
Team up and work well with cross-functional colleagues across the world.
Qualifications and Ideal skills
5+ years relevant experience with an emphasis on digital design and social media conceptualization and execution.
- Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach to meet tight deadlines; work well in a fast-paced environment by anticipating needs and swiftly identifying solutions.
- Have a keen interest in fostering connections, narrating stories, and presenting experiences innovatively through interactive design.
- Great at simplifying new concepts and efficiently conveying them to other designers.
- Independent problem solver who is organized, meticulous and resourceful.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- After Effects
Added advantage if you have experience in:
Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be great
Video editing OR motion graphics experience a definite plus.
UI/UX background or awareness for web and mobile applications would be a great help.
