  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Receive raw material and ensure traceability maintained.
  • Study drawings/specifications and prepare inspection sheet,
  • Study drawing, specification to ensure that machine, fixture, tools and inserts used are suitable.
  • Perform precision machining as and when required.
  • Perform machine check and report its status.
  • Perform precision machining conforming to specified requirements.
  • Perform first piece inspection and record result.
  • Perform in process inspection and record result.
  • Report non- conformance, if any.
  • Upon completion of the job report daily production status.
  • Ensure all parts were properly protected from atmosphere corrosion.
  • Maintain measuring equipment and tool properly.
  • Maintain good house-keeping at all time.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure daily production record form are correctly submit daily.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities engaged in production or processing of components.
  • Assist plan shop activities as per production schedule and updating the production schedule.
  • Initiate, recommend and provide guidance to improve machining process.
  • Initiage investigation root cause of product non-conformance.
  • Any other duties that is assigned by superior as and when is required.

Requirements
  • Interpretation of drawing, Setup Sheets.
  • Experience in operating of CNC Millturn / CNC Milling.
  • Measurement skill.
  • Handling of company ERP system.
  • Able to perform investigation root cause of product non-conformance.
  • Able to train new machinist on machining requirements, tooling and lifting equipment usage.
  • Min 5 years in CNC Millturn machine.
