  • Handling enquiries across multiple contact channels, displaying IRAS' service attributes to deliver the desired IRAS experience
  • Promoting and nudging customers towards self-help channels
  • Updating and improving content distribution channels to ensure the content meets channel goals and taxpayers' expectations
  • Analysing customer contact data and feedback to gather insights to develop ideas for improved service delivery and adoption of digital service channels.
  • Projects or initiatives using relevant technologies or tools (e.g. RPA, Python) and methodologies (e.g. Behavioural Insights & Design) to improve service delivery or streamline processes.
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in customer service, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to question, probe and analyse
  • Organized and systematic in handling data
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
