- Collect, analyse and perform data and trend analysis on WSH incidents, near misses, and other WSH performance indicators.
- Develop a comprehensive WSH dashboard to provide real-time visibility into key safety metrics and performance indicators.
- Monitor and ensure compliance in reporting of WSH incidents to MOM, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update senior management and Board members on WSH performance.
- Oversee investigation procedures for WSH incidents, integrate root cause analysis and facilitate the conduct of investigation with the Line departments.

- Coordinate and facilitate WSH benchmarking studies.
- Provide advice and WSH expertise to line departments, WSH committees and WSH offices on adherence to WSH regulations.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore WSH Act, Environmental Protection and Fire Safety legislations, Codes of Practice and Singapore Standards.
- Has at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in the areas of WSH functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g. QLIKSense, Power BI, Python).
- Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills.
- Mature, independent and resourceful.
- Enjoys learning, problem solving and collaborating with others.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- Registered WSH Officer or Specialist Diploma in WSH (or equivalent) will have an added advantage.
- Experience as an Occupational Hygiene Officer will have an added advantage.
- Trained practitioner of ISO9001/45001 will also have added advantage.
