Job Responsibilities
- A Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and needs
- Provide expert interior design advice and solutions tailored to each client
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cients, vendors and industry professionals
- Meet and exceed sales target and contribute to the growth of the business
- A Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- With design flair, passionate about Interior Design and able to work independently
- A sales-driven, motivated, and self-starter mindset is essential
- Good communication skills with knowledge in English and Mandarin preferred as we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- At least one year of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
