Responsibilities:
Ensure the coordination and processing of inbound and outbound shipments according to established procedures and work instructions.
Oversee the timely and accurate handling of shipments, ensuring compliance with both internal and external key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate effectively with the operations team on tasks related to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Work with forwarders and transporters to arrange both inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure all relevant documents are processed and filed properly, following a structured recording system.
Administer cycle counts and provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Collect and submit routine operational data as required.
Prepare and reconcile billing and operational information for submission to customers, managers, or executives.
Handle timely purchase administration, process vendor invoices, and verify customer invoices.
Take on customer service duties, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints, or escalating them as necessary.
Report any non-compliance issues or changes in daily operations to the manager.
Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Executive.
Assist with lifting goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when required.
Requirements:
Experienced in Warehouse Management Systems.
Good with Data Entry and Microsoft Excel.
Good Customer Service.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and meticulous.
