Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to all relevant operating processes.
Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters to resolve day-to-day issues.
Plan orders to ensure timely delivery and collection according to customer shipment requirements.
Collect data and submit accurate reports as needed.
Manage cycle count administration.
Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and on time.
Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
Implement and drive process improvement initiatives.
Report any non-conformances to the Executive.
Be comfortable lifting goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
Experience in using and creating operational dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
