We are looking for a patient, caring, and professional Customer Service Executive to join the dental healthcare team. You will be stationed at a dental client location, ensuring a positive patient experience, offering guidance and supporting patients throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach.
- Answer inquiries related to services, appointments, and insurance.
- Provide guidance on dental treatments and assist with paperwork.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and explain payment options.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and records.
- Ensure patient comfort and address concerns with care.
- Support smooth clinic operations by communicating with the dental team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be patient and caring towards patients.
