- Continuously improve the website's usability, functionality, and performance to align with business goals.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure efficient performance and address any issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve website bugs and other technical issues to maintain uptime and functionality.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external developers for complex problem-solving.
- Set up and maintain punchout integrations with key clients, ensuring smooth and efficient eProcurement processes.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, IT) to capture requirements and implement website improvements.
- Coordinate with external/internal vendors to implement enhancements and ensure website maintenance.
- Conduct training for internal/external customers
- Contribute ideas to enhance online sales and drive customer engagement.
- Analyze website performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Assist team members with ad hoc tasks related to eCommerce initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role.
- Experience with website content management systems and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with punchout integrations and eProcurement tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a critical-thinking mindset.
- Proficiency in managing product uploads and maintaining website data integrity.
