Working Hours: 5-Day Work Week | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency while minimizing costs.
Implement best practices in precision manufacturing to improve productivity and product quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment in collaboration with HR.
Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development for technical teams.
Maintain high workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
Track working hours, including OT records, for accurate payroll processing.
Develop and update technical documentation, work instructions, and quality plans.
Prepare reports and analyze data to enhance production efficiency.
Lead hiring and onboarding for technical and production personnel.
Undertake additional projects assigned by senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantage.
Willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary.
