Job Description

Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is product.
Ensuring maximum clientele satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
To Prepared the kitchen for day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations of the food department.
To ensure consistency in the products that are of the highest quality and to adhere to deadlines.
Audits on par stock on all areas to make sure that all required supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need.
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to standards.
Check that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.

Qualifications

Minimum 1- 2 years of work experience for cook.
Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences for Jnr Sous / Sous in similar capacity.
Recognized culinary certificate/ qualification and large food production experience would be an advantage.
Ability to work in a large brigade with a multi culture team.
Effective communication skills, including ability to communicate in English.
Knowledge in HACCP and ISO22K.
