Working days: 5 days/week (including weekends)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (rotating shift)
Job Responsibilities:
Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, also to assist with guests’ luggage when required.
Perform personalized check-in, check-out and room change procedures efficiently and promptly.
Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel system accurately.
Attend to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department and other departments.
Job Requirement
Able to work rotating shift (including night shift)
Available to start immediately and commit until May 2025
