Description:

Greet patients and verify/update personal and insurance information
Schedule and confirm appointments, reschedule when needed, and manage the clinic’s appointment system
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
Inform patients of delays or changes to appointments and provide necessary instructions
Check patients in and out, manage co-pays, and verify insurance information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality
Assist in billing procedures, process payments, and verify patient insurance coverage
Prepare and file patient charts, forms, and other clinic documents

Requirements:

Min N/O Levels
Able to commit long term.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and clinic management systems
