  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:-

Delivering scripted messaging to targeted clients to arrange for them to agree to take part in the survey.
Upon their agreement then fix the appointment.
Maintaining records of client contacts
Assigned ad hoc duties such as sending follow-up emails to line managers for RM retagging requests, preparing day-end reporting to the research agency, and providing weekly report
As hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement :-

Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively on the phone
Excels at customer service
Work well independently and good at time management
At least 1 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Proficient in Excel for recording client feedback and maintaining comprehensive records and day end reporting
