Prepare baths for rituals and flowers for trays.
Distribute fresh sheets and towels in treatment and wet areas.
Dispose of waste promptly in common areas.
Regularly check and change candles for burners.
Spa Reception Operations
Manage check-ins and appointment scheduling.
Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences.
Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating when necessary.
Maintain and update guest preferences for personalized service.
Document requests, feedback, and incidents for attention.
Housekeeping & Laundry Management
Handle laundry duties: collect, sort, and store towels and linens.
Replace towels and sheets in treatment rooms and facilities.
Restock lounges, lockers, linen, and spa/fitness supplies.
Requirements
• Minimum Secondary Education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa or similar field.
• Knowledge of the spa industry.
• Physically fit for housekeeping duties and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills, confident in guest interactions and storytelling.
