• Maintain a database of guest preferences
• Communicate and escalate occurrences that require attention to management
Manage Team
• Supervise a team of 8 spa receptionists and therapists
• Foster a positive, customer-oriented work environment
• Ensure staff are trained to meet service quality standards
• Use emotional intelligence (EQ) to lead, manage, and motivate the team
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties, including reports and product management
• Coordinate guest information effectively and maintain accurate records
• Ensure smooth front-office operations
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury spa or similar field
• Strong knowledge of the spa industry
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills for reporting, guest information, and product management
• Excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively manage the team and guest relationships
