Duties and Responsibilities:
Building Operations
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities (electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, AV system).
Set up and operate basic portable AV equipment for services and events.
Provide logistic support for events.
Coordinate with contractors on repairs, furniture moving, electrical projects, painting, and light construction.
Building Works & Maintenance
Find quotations, recommend and supervise contractors.
Address complaints/requests from tenants.
Ensure safe practices by contractors.
Maintain property assets in good order.
Supervise and coordinate IFM services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control) and contractor works.
Administrative
Request Purchase Requisitions.
Verify Delivery Orders, Job Sheets, Service reports, and invoices.
Monitor and issue inventories.
Write reports (activity, incident, etc).
Check, record, and report faulty monthly meters.
Tabulate Fault Masterlist, Monthly IFMA KPIs, and service reports.
Verify and approve permits to work, method statements, and risk assessments from contractors.
Prepare and update building specifications.
Conduct pre-inspection and handover/takeover of units.
Liaise with project studio hirers for repair works.
Others
Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by AHL management.
CERT Team, Basic Fire Safety and First Aider after course completion.
Deployment and cross-train across multiple AHL venues.
Contract Duration
2-year contract position.
Working Hours
Shift duties (including weekends and public holidays, as required by venue operations).
