Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor live anomalous activities.
Liaise and follow up with field technicians to ensure the execution of all assignments within given time frames in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
Dispatch instructions to the preventive fleet maintenance (to stations or vehicles).
Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another.
Alert relevant department(s) in case of any breakdowns or issues and coordinate the actions that need to be implemented.
List and analyse technical needs of the service.
Anticipate risks, analyse data, and advise on corrective actions to implement on ground.
Handle incident management, which includes investigation and reporting.
Key Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation and automotive
Good teamwork, sense of urgency, organized, communication and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft office applications
Candidates with a Singapore Class 3/3A/3C driving licence and familiarity with Singapore roads will have an advantage.
Rotating Night Shift work, required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (2000-0545 / 2230-0815)
