Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Infant Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Infant and Toddler Care (if applicable).
- A passion for working with infants and young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and early childhood practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patient, caring, and responsible attitude toward child care.
