Scope of Work

  • Mainly taking care of Motor Insurance and New Motor Business.
  • Policy processing, including quotation, passing of Endorsements for policy changes and claims management as needed.
  • Liaising as necessary with client or insurer underwriter.
  • Admin for record keeping purposes, claims and client queries.
  • No sales required.
  • Touch on other General Insurance Admin (only when needed).

  • 5 days a week, working hours from 10:30am - 6:30pm (flexible, no fixed number of hours, if work is done you are free, just need to standby during working hours in case work comes in.

Requirement

  • Insurance Admin Experience required, Motor Insurance experience is preferred
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in relevant field
  • Preferred if General Insurance Certificate (CGI,PGI and BCP) has been acquired but not compulsory
  • Training will be provided if needed
  • Able to use Excel, general knowledge of computer, and internet portal usage
  • Pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to communicate effectively both internally and externally
  • Keen to learn and pro-active attitude
  • Access to a computer/laptop and wifi
