
Junior Project Manager
Job Title : Junior Project Manager (SG)
Reports To : Project Lead (HQ - Singapore)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Manager to manage projects from inception to completion, reporting into Project Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and expectations are met.
Responsibilities
· Conduct site visits and assist to prepare sales and product proposals and assist in tender preparations and technical submissions
· Maintain project schedule by following up with Customers on status update of each project
· Coordinate works, including liasing with our Design and Operations Team and Subcontractors, and also external parties such as Professional Engineers
· Prepare projects progress and site reports for Project Lead from tender to award to handover
· Ensure performance complies with contract specification and quality requirement
· Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure financial control
· Oversee delivery and production timelines
· Oversee supplier and manufacturer coordination, ensuring smooth processes from design to installation
· Documenting and controlling inventory and information
· Monitor and coordinate supply chains and incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries to ours or Customer locations
· Complete necessary and accurate paperwork for freight and shipping documentation, such as Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists
· Maintain clear communication with customer and internal teams providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or issues promptly
· Identify and report variations in contract requirement
· Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as Management deems fit
Requirements
· Possess at least 2 years’ experience in Project Management in engineering or construction companies
· Able to work independently and is a good team player who possess drive and initiative
· Well-organised and meticulous
· Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, GANTTPro, Smartsheet) and project management methodologies
· Proficiency in Autocad 2D/3D is a plus

· Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
