- Document and implement QAQC control procedures, maintaining necessary quality assurance records.
- Lead internal audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality systems.
- Report on the progress and performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and recommend improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control procedures and optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure all quality policies are fully implemented and maintained throughout the project.
- Address quality issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain standards.

Key Competencies and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), testing methodologies, welding inspection and quality standards (ASME, AWS, API, DNV).
- Proficient in project management and quality control software for monitoring and reporting quality metrics.
- Extensive experience in piping, structural steel, offshore fabrication and mechanical completion.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and compliance with international quality and environmental standards.
