We (Pinnacle Credit Services) are hiring a Manager, Collection and Operations to join our team.

  • Location: Aljunied

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Collection management, operation and project management
2) Implement service strategies and service improvement
3) Conduct Performance Review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
4) Team building and management
5) Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
6) Customer sales and services advocacy
7) Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR)
8) System implementation, integration and management
9) Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates should possess minimum Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good presentation skills
  • Meticulous and with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Rotating shift: 9.00am to 7.00pm / 10.00am to 8.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • 5 day work week
  • Office hours
