Job Description:

I. Programme Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of programme delivery, from scheduling and logistics to stakeholder communication and on-site support.
  • Manage programme administration, including registrations, attendance tracking, payments, and certifications.
  • Utilize TMS/LMS systems for course onboarding and delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (GovTech, trainees, operations partners, training providers, agencies) to ensure smooth programme execution.

II. Database Management and Reporting:

  • Generate reports and presentations on programme data.
  • Collaborate with GovTech teams (Digital Academy, Workday, Finance) on operational matters.
  • Manage billing and payment processes.
  • Maintain and update the program database, including course review and recategorization.

III. Learning & Development Support:

  • Support development, administration and execution of training programmes including e-learning, on-site training.
  • Contribute to content development for training programmes
  • Support learning initiatives (COPs, on-site training, events).
  • Assist in tracking programme metrics, including enrolment and course quality.
  • Contribute to Learning Partner onboarding.
  • Support wider learning initiatives.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, HR, programme management, coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
  • Experience with training program administration, logistics, and stakeholder management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TMS/LMS systems and database management is a plus.
