RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for post-sales activities of cybersecurity products, including implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in large-scale (local and regional) project implementations, ensuring seamless integration of security solutions.
  • Provide on-site implementation services, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity products.
  • Analyse and resolve customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base articles/known issues.
  • Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated field
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and
  • Qualified candidates without any relevant working experience are welcome to apply
  • Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
  • Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
  • Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and motivated.

DESIRABLES

  • Exposure to cybersecurity solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection will be added advantage.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
